I stayed at this hotel last year for a weekend and had the best time of my life. The room was great, the view was great, and the room service was amazing! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I recommended this hotel to everyone and I as a matter of fact, am booking a room for this weekend right now. (:
I recently stayed there for three days and it happened to be on spring break so the crowd staying there was rowdy young college kids. So because of this the charged us 200 dollars deposit in case we destroyed there room which was fine. It was an ok resort the bar was never open. The rooms had a good view. The main complaint is that when we were checking out they wouldn't let us leave until someone looked over our room and approved it. They actually made us go back upstairs and wash the dishes and said they would take out deposit money if we did not wash their dishes. I am sorry but if a suite has dishes provided in them the hotel is in charge of cleaning them. They made us feel like criminals for not washing THEIR dishes!! I would never go back the people there are too rude to deal with.
If the dishes were clean when you moved in, then why would you think you could leave them dirty for the next person?? You had the priviledge of using them while you were there. Have some manners!!!
im going to stay at this hotel in a few weeks with my boyfriend and im hoping it's not as bad as people are saying.. i understand everybody thinks different but im pretty nervous now reading some of these reviews!
